Four Seasons Challenge
A couple of days ago, Cajsa Lilliehook, esteemed SL fashionista and photographer, issued a Four Seasons Challenge to the masses. I thought this was a terrific idea for a challenge, so I quickly jumped on the bandwagon and started assembling an outfit for each season using one item in common: the adorable Roxy Bermuda Shorts from [PINK OUTFITTERS]. I thought it would be really cool and challenging to try to use a pair of shorts in all four seasons, but this task was a bit more difficult than I expected. Mood Picker-Upper
I was kinda getting tired of all of the darks colors of winter, so I put together a look with more of a springtime feel to it. It’s amazing how easily lighter colors can really pick up your mood…
Happy Anti-Valentine’s Day
Every year, regardless of whether I am in a relationship or not, I have ALWAYS hated Valentine’s Day. I hate the commercialism of it all and am a big believer that we should show our love for others throughout the year, not just on a designated day. Anyway, if you are enjoying your Valentine’s Day, I am really not trying to get you down. And, trust me, I love pinks and reds as much as the next person, but I think I’ve seen enough of it this week. So, here’s my best Anti-Valentine’s Day mashup of blue and purple…enjoy!

Red Sky at Night, Sailor’s Delight
Being a RL redhead, I am not fortunate enough to be able to pull off any look with too much red in it, as it NEVER FAILS to clash with my haircolor. And, since I am unbelievably scared to dye my hair for fear that it will never be the same, I am stuck with it. But, luckily, in SL you can change your haircolor at the drop of a hat, and I am finding that my avi is gravitating more and more towards brunette ‘dos. That being the case, it should be no surprise that I am starting to buy more and more RED items with each passing SL hour…WOW, I FEEL SO LIBERATED!!!!!

Just a Little Bit Overdressed…But Who Cares?
Don’t you just love it when you find something in your inventory that you never even knew you had? With absolutely no clue how you got it, when you got it, why you got it, or if you have even worn it before, sometimes a little hidden gem in your inventory has the potential to make your day. After bravely attempting to get my inventory into some semblance of order, I decided to go back through some “MYSTERY” items and try them on for size. And, WOW! It sure did pay off!
