Kiss Me in the D.A.R.K.
I think it’s fair to say I’m addicted to anything and everything mesh. I have fallen hook-line-and-sinker in love, and I just can’t help myself at this point. So, it’s no surprise that I adore this incredible new mesh Be Mine Mini Dress from Beetlebones. If you don’t have it yet, WHY NOT?!?!? Seriously… this is no joking matter.
Also, be sure to grab the new mesh lashes at Beetlebones, too. They are INSANELY amazing and really easy to fit. Lashes usually take me more than half an hour to fit, and these only took me 10 minutes at most. And the pack comes with 10 different styles of lashes and 2 options per style (tintable and black) for a total of 20 options. What a great deal!
My new lashes look especially great paired with my gorgeous new mesh eyes from Mayfly. These eyes are truly droolworthy. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a close-up for you, but Gogo posted some great pictures HERE. Be sure to check it out!
OH! And the HAIR! I’m sure you’ve already seen it on everyone and their grandma, but seriously… mesh hair from elikatira??? I’m in heaven.

52 Weeks of Color: #7 Cerise
I wasn’t too thrilled about cerise this week. For some reason, I thought it would be much easier than it was. But in reality, I didn’t have as much cerise, or even pink, in my inventory as I thought. Sadness. I have been determined to use as much of my inventory as I can without buying too much (because my inventory is way, way, way too packed with unworn purchases and review copies), so I dug around in it and made do with what I could find. Oh, and I threw in some pinkish decor, too, because I felt like it. Not quite cerise, but a suitable backdrop for this look, nonetheless.

52 Weeks of Color: #2 Blue
I find myself really loving this color challenge, and I’ve been looking forward to posting a new look all week. Thanks for getting me back into blogging, Luna! I know this look probably seems a bit casual, but I really, really love a good casual look. Plus, it gave me a chance to blog my favorite jeans. You just can’t do blue without jeans, can you? Nuh uh. I mean… you could, but why would you want to? =P

In My Place: Minisode 2
I decorated this space several weeks ago and never posted it, so I thought it was about time I stopped being so blog-lazy. I love love LOVE the bed in this pic, which I modded from three different furniture sets. So please keep in mind that you can’t purchase the above bed as is, and you will need to heavily modify three different furniture sets to get the above result. In My Place: Minisode 1
I decorated this space for entry in the SL House & Garden Photo Contest, so I thought I’d post a little minisode with full details on my blog. The theme of the contest was “Go Crazy with Color,” and my entry is not a winner by any means, but it was fun nonetheless. (You can view all of the colorfully eye-popping contest entries here.) A big thank you to Jennaa Loire for all she does for the grid in the name of house and garden, especially for her work with the fantastic SL House & Garden group in-world. She is truly amazing, and if you love home decorating, join the group, and send her a little thank you for all her hard work. She really deserves it!

In My Place: Episode 5
I received several requests to make the get lost/get found skybox into a house, so I built this cute seaside cottage in the same style as the previously released skybox but with a more gender neutral color palette this time.

In My Place: Episode 2
I got bit by the decorating bug again, so I thought I’d try my hand at decorating this awesome beach house. I used a few items from former 50L Friday and Project Themeory events, and I’m really glad I picked them up. Just a tip: if you see home decor items that will only be available for a limited amount of time through an in-world event, you should go ahead and pick them up just in case you might want to use them in the future. I’m sorry if I frustrate you by using items that are no longer available, but there is always the chance that you have them and completely forgot about them.

In My Place: Episode 1
Something I really enjoy outside of fashion blogging in SL is decorating various houses and skyboxes lingering in my inventory. I was home sick from work today, so I thought I’d do something a bit therapeutic and put my energy into decorating this awesome new gift skybox from **DP**yumyum. PF2010: Olive Juice
I have even more pose fair love for you today! Olive Juice is seriously one of my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE pose shops on the grid, and I am always eager to see its new releases.
