I’m always a fan of Torie Senne‘s gorgeous skins at BEBAE, and when I hear she has something in the works, it never fails to excite me! I have been looking forward to her beautiful Fabia skins for some time now, and I have to admit that it was well worth the wait!

I really hesitated to buy this poncho from [LeLutka]. I didn’t know if it would work on my avatar or if it would be a nightmare to fit or if it would end up looking bulky on me. But I decided it was worth a try, and it turns out that I absolutely love it! YAY for taking risks!

Happy as a Lark
I love finding new designers and new stores to add to my ever-growing shopping list. A new friend, Aisling MacMoragh, pointed me in the direction of {Lark}, a new-to-me shop owned by Sienia Trevellion. And I’m so glad she did, because I am now in love with Sienia’s designs. I’m not really into system skirts. It usually takes me forever to adjust my shape to make them work, and I’m just overall not a fan of them. But Antonia Marat just released this new Tiffany skirt at /artilleri/, and I bought the fat pack on a whim. Sometimes you just know when it will work and when it won’t. And I’m so happy that this system skirt is the exception!

Finding Joy in SL
As soon as Kellie Iwish posted a picture of her new Joy dresses in Plurk, I knew I needed one. I am a serious fan of Kellie’s, and her amazing store (Elate!) has been a favorite of mine for ages. Honestly, Kellie is super talented, and her new Joy dresses are just adorable. Even better, I was lucky enough to share a pleasant conversation with her a few nights ago, and I can tell you that she’s absolutely sweet and kind, too, giving me even more incentive to send my lindens her way.

Autumn
With the arrival of October finally upon us, my RL community is seeing the beginning of Autumn weather. However, the grass is still green, and the leaves haven’t yet started falling from the trees, so the grassy scene in this photo is a typical Autumn scene for me right now. I came across a great blogger challenge, posed by Puma Jie, calling for favorite Autumn ensembles, and I couldn’t pass it up. Autumn is my favorite season by far, and I knew that pulling together my first official look of Autumn would be a blast. Thanks for the great challenge, Puma!

Skin/Shape Expo Feature: :: Exodi :: Lily Old Hollywood
I told you I’d be back with a whole new post dedicated to the lovely :: Exodi :: Lily Old Hollywood skins. These skins are just too good not to display in all their glory, so here you go!
Black and White
I couldn’t resist the Lily Old Hollywood skins from :: Exodi ::, so I grabbed them up at the Skin/Shape Expo and built an entirely vintage black and white look based on their inspiration. These pics are raw from SL; I only added a black vignette around the edges and framed with rounded corners. That’s it!
