Content Theft Disclaimer
I am very aware that content theft is becoming a rampant problem in our virtual world. Because this blog and my personal style depend greatly upon the contributions of SL’s many talented fashion designers and content creators, for whom I have the utmost respect, it is my goal to avoid blogging any and all stolen content. However, since it is unfortunately becoming such a common problem these days, with DMCAs constantly flying around, I realize and understand that it is impossible to be completely immune to falling victim to the occasional stolen texture, design, etc.
Therefore, although it is my policy to take every possible precaution not to blog stolen content of any kind, I realize that doing so will inevitably be unavoidable, albeit unintentional, and I cannot be held responsible for blogging any item, texture, design, etc. containing any content suspected of being stolen. Additionally, with the seemingly endless number of pending DMCAs, it is impossible for me to keep up with all of them. Therefore, if you see any item blogged by me that is questionable, please let me know, and I will take every measure to investigate the suspicion and make my readers aware of any and all allegations. However, please keep in mind that I am merely a customer and am not qualified to determine what is stolen content and what is not.
So, in the case of any questionable material, I will post links to any information I find tied to said material, and, until any formal DMCAs are filed and/or settled by the parties involved, my readers can decide for themselves.
