Now We’ll Never Know
This is a sort of strange look today. I put this outfit together and took these pics while I was sick this week, so we can blame the peculiar nature of this look on that. I’m not sure it makes much sense, but it doesn’t really matter. Very few things in SL make any sense at all. Just add this look to the list.
Society, Crazy and Deep
I’ve been walking around in various forms of this outfit for a few days now, so I figured I might as well blog it. Any outfit that can convince me to wear it for more than a day has to have a bit of merit, right? I mean, it isn’t total laziness that’s keeping me from changing clothes, I swear.
‘Round the World We’ll Go
I’m feeling a bit under the weather today, like I’ve been tumbling around in the clothes dryer for a few hours. Not the good, fresh, fluffy clean towel kind, but the kind when you toss your sneakers in, and they bonk bonk bonk around the dryer. So maybe posting a couple of cute pics I took last night will make me feel better. I saw this adorable scene on Thema Felix’s blog, and I didn’t notice that she listed the location on her blog. But then I happened upon it when checking out Jordan Giant’s shop, nordari., on the Lusiadas sim, and I couldn’t resist taking a few quick pics. Obviously Thema’s pics put mine to shame, but that’s to be expected, because she’s just plain awesomesauce.
Plastic Flowers That Fight for Color
I realized something about my blog today. It’s supposed to be a reflection of me, yet I’ve completely abandoned one of the most significant parts of my life: music. When I want to be alone, when I want to escape from everything that yesterday threw at me, music is my safe haven. So I’m going to try to share a little bit more of myself with you here by incorporating some of the music that keeps me going. I don’t have many words to share today, but one of my favorite songs as well as full style details for this look follow the cut. The lyrics say plenty.
We Are Proudly Inappropriate
There’s nothing quite like a fun evening with friends to make everything better. It had been ages since I just let loose and had some fun in SL, and I’ll admit… we had a blast! Clem tasked me with keeping her out of trouble (which is not as easy as you might think!), so I recruited some help from Aldwyn, and the whole situation made for a great excuse to get together for a fun photoshoot featuring the awesome work of Gauge Laville, the mastermind behind + blacklisted +. We cussed and sang and rocked out to 80′s tunes and laughed until we cried. Yes, we were highly inappropriate, and proud of it!
Feeling Bashful
I basically have two schools of thought while getting dressed in SL. Do I want to look cute? Or do I want to look hot? Most of the time I choose cute because I can’t really pull off a “hot” look. But this look is cute to the extreme. I love love love bashful pink hues, and this outfit is a mish-mash of adorable bashful goodness.
GLITTERATI Headshot 2 Poses
I am SO excited for today’s SL Daily Deal! Katey Coppola of GLITTERATI has released a SECOND set of headshot specific poses, and they are just plain awesome! These new poses are similar in concept to her previous Headshot poseset, but this time the poses position your whole body to create interesting and unique headshots. There are ten poses in the set, and there are different hand morphs for a majority of the poses, giving you tons and tons of options!
No Strings Attached
-Veschi- just recently put out a ton of new releases, and I was lucky enough to get my hands on oodles and oodles of wonderful goodies. This awesome No Strings Attached jacket is my favorite item of the bunch, but the other items are so fantastic that I plan to slowly incorporate the rest of them into future daily looks. This outfit turned out to be a sort of color mish-mash, but I think the look turned out kinda cute and classy.
Who’s That Girl?
This outfit came together sort of accidentally last night, so I thought I’d snap a few pictures and post it. It’s a cute and sassy look, and all of the pieces are really well-made. And I think this is the perfect look to kick off the weekend!
Baby, It’s Cold Outside
There’s no denying that I love cold weather in RL. And honestly, cold weather looks in SL are probably my favorites because I love to layer. Not only is it a great opportunity to showcase as many designers as possible when you’re layering, but cold weather looks are so damned cute and snuggly, too! Who couldn’t love them?
