- sheek - a misspelling of chic, as in fashionable or stylish. If you spell chic this way, you most likely have no clue what chic means... Pretty much sums it up! I blog what I like, and I like what I blog. Feel free to let me know if you like what you see. And thanks for checking out my blog!

300 Posts Strong
This post marks my 300th blog post as an SL fashion blogger (not counting my work on the Second Style blog), and I really can’t believe I’ve made it to this point. My first blog started as a fun little side project and was truly a feeble attempt at fashion blogging. Then I joined Cerrie Janus on her awesome blog, Fashion Ascension, for several months before opening my own self-hosted WP blog here on this site nearly a year ago. I’m just really excited that I have stuck with it this long, and I can honestly say that I still enjoy it and hope to be able to continue my work here for a very long time. I owe an incredible amount of thanks to all of the amazing designers who generously share their talent with me and the rest of the fashion community, to my awesome fellow bloggers who inspire me everyday, and to anyone who happens to read my blog. I never thought I would actually have any readers, but I’m so grateful to all three of you! I hope you’ve enjoyed this little piece of my SLife, and I hope to be able to share even more of it with you in the future. *hugs for everyone*
The Fashion Circus @ Le Cirque
The Fashion Circus event starts tomorrow, bringing you a week long shopping event that showcases exclusive themed designs by some of the top designers in SL. The event will be held on a monthly basis at the Le Cirque sim and will feature a different theme and different sets of designers each time. The Fashion Circus theme for April 2010 is ‘Le Cirque – The Circus!’, and the event will run from April 10th to April 18th.
PF2010: /GEEZ/
I’m working my way through the epic amounts of pose love I have acquired from Pose Fair 2010, and I wanted to feature quite a few pose shops that you will definitely not want to miss. I hope to have quite a few of these features, so I hope you won’t be too bogged down by my pose love.
I Don’t Know Much
I look very much like a tomboy today, but sometimes you just need to drop all the fancy stuff and wear something that looks and feels comfortable and easy. I really love SL fashion in all its ways, shapes, and forms, but at the end of the day I think I really prefer casual items the most. They’re just so representative of RL, and as silly as it sounds, they really do make me feel at ease. I felt like I needed a change, so I made a shorter, teenier shape, bought a silly AO, and put together an outfit that is different from my normal look. Needless to say, it was a lot of fun.
Now We’ll Never Know
This is a sort of strange look today. I put this outfit together and took these pics while I was sick this week, so we can blame the peculiar nature of this look on that. I’m not sure it makes much sense, but it doesn’t really matter. Very few things in SL make any sense at all. Just add this look to the list.
Endless Rain into a Paper Cup
Hello. My name is Stacie Pryor, and I’m addicted to SL home furnishings. I have a bad habit of inspecting random knick knacks in different shops then TPing around the grid and snagging up pieces here and there until my pockets are empty and my inventory is full. It’s a HORRIBLE habit, but at least it gives me an excuse to put together a cute picture with some of my new goodies. Or is that just me rationalizing my own addiction? Hmm… maybe I’ll think on that one later.
If I Kiss You Where It’s Sore
For some reason we’ve had just enough pleasant weather here to make me want to wear shorts in-world all the time. So I apologize for the absurdity that is this outfit. It might make absolutely no sense, but it’s pretty damn cute. So there!
I Came Here with a Load
I have a few passions in SL, as you may know. Probably the most noticeable one on this blog is my passion for shopping and fashion blogging. I’ll also admit to having a passion for decorating in SL, although some might call that an addiction of sorts. But I also really enjoy finding beautiful places to relax. I visited the sim in these pictures while searching for new furniture, and I simply fell in love with the organic scenery and just had to return to take some photos. You know, it’s funny how easily your worries fade when you’re surrounded by peaceful imagery.
The Anti-Crimson Tide
So I assembled this look with bits and pieces of things I absolutely love, and I really adored the finished product. That is, until I realized that I look like something out of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Now I know you’re not all from Alabama or from the U.S. for that matter, but most people know that I’m VERY anti-Crimson Tide. A quick trip to Hibbett Sporting Goods for sneakers a few days ago REALLY reinforced that for me. So yeah, this look is covered in Paul “Bear” Bryant, but let’s just ignore that, okay?
