Feature: *elymode* lounging sets

I absolutely love casual loungewear in SL.  Sometimes I just don’t feel like dressing up.  Either I’m sick in RL, or maybe an outfit just isn’t coming together the way I pictured it, so having something comfortable and easy to mix-and-match really makes those days easier for me.  Plus, nothing beats a PJ party with some close girlfriends, and just having something stylish and basic in your inventory that you can throw on at a moment’s notice makes impromptu PJ parties so easy.  Truly, the new lounging sets from *elymode* are very well-made and are necessary staples in your inventory.

Feature: + blacklisted + Lingerie

I’m always excited to see new brands sprouting up in SL, especially when they offer quality menswear, as I’ve experienced how difficult it can be to dress a male avatar well (they just don’t have as much available to them as the ladies do).  It’s even better when the designer is a friend of mine; I love to see creative juices flowing in my circle of friends.  And it gets even BETTER when the new brand ventures into female designs so soon.  Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised to see Gauge Laville of + blacklisted + expand his designs to include a sexy new line of lingerie.  If he had an evil plan to get the ladies in their underwear, it most certainly worked on me.

Tuli Asturias has cranked out yet another gorgeous skin tone for her ever-popular Hope skin line, and I must admit that this Ivory skin tone is breathtaking.  Any skin beautiful enough to persuade me to go blonde for the day is definitely worth a closer look.

I will admit that goth is a little bit outside my comfort zone.  You will notice that even when I’m playing the vamp, I can’t let go of my usual red hair and blue eyes.  I just can’t.  But there’s something about these new []:: TULI ::[] Hope Goth skins that really appeal to me, so I had to give them an earnest try.  And I must say, I play a pretty hot goth.

CJ Carnot and Roslin Petion have just launched a new brand, 5th & Oxford, which opens with the release of the lovely Audrey skin line.  5th & Oxford brings back the concept of skin as an affordable accessory and will eventually expand to include a “diverse range of products which draw from the most current trends in fashion and design.”  And, from the looks of this release, I’m really looking forward to seeing what will come next!

How do I even begin to say thanks for the unimaginable generosity of the one-and-only Callie Cline?  In a fashion community filled with endless criticism and a general lack of appreciation (you KNOW we can be a bunch of brats), Callie saw a need for a serious reality check.  So, she organized Blogger Appreciation Day, a day in which content creators could show some appreciation for the bloggers who take the time to feature their products.

But, then Callie decided that just one day of appreciation wasn’t enough.  So, she expanded Blogger Appreciation Day to Blogger Appreciation WEEK, formed a fashion blogger group inworld, and thus began the most amazing display of generosity I have ever been lucky enough to receive!
