- sheek - a misspelling of chic, as in fashionable or stylish. If you spell chic this way, you most likely have no clue what chic means... Pretty much sums it up! I blog what I like, and I like what I blog. Feel free to let me know if you like what you see. And thanks for checking out my blog!

News at [SPRY]!!!
The [SPRY] mainstore has relocated from Horst to Lo Lo, and it is officially open for business! All of my demos are on a rezzer system, so you can now access all demos from a central location. Just teleport from the store build to the demo platform (or take the direct SLurl to the demos), and click on the vendors to rez each demo… it’s that easy!
In addition, I released the [SPRY] little shadow home a few days ago, and it’s about time I blogged a bit of information about it! More photos of the little shadow home and full information follow the cut…
Happy Rez Day, Caroline!
In case you didn’t already know, I recently moved the [SPRY] mainstore from the Horst sim (which is sadly closing soon) to the Lo Lo sim to make a new home with the existing Caroline’s Jewelry, Ingenue, and !BANG mainstores. (And the new Doppelganger Inc. mainstore is coming soon!) In the process, I have developed some new friendships with talented creators who I have admired from afar for quite a while. And one of those creators is Caroline Apollo.
In My Place: Minisode 2
I decorated this space several weeks ago and never posted it, so I thought it was about time I stopped being so blog-lazy. I love love LOVE the bed in this pic, which I modded from three different furniture sets. So please keep in mind that you can’t purchase the above bed as is, and you will need to heavily modify three different furniture sets to get the above result. Of course, all details are below the cut. Enjoy!
Hair Fair Faves: Mid-Length & Long Hairstyles
I’m back with my last installment of Hair Fair goodies. I merged the mid-length and long hairstyles together for this post, because I didn’t find as many of each that I would wear on a regular basis. It seems this year’s Hair Fair had a LOT of braids, ponies, piggies, and short hairstyles, but not so many mid-length and long hairstyles that I would wear. So, here are my faves, and if you haven’t been to the Hair Fair yet, you better get on that because it closes in a few days!
Hair Fair Faves: Short Hairstyles
There are lots and lots and LOTS of adorable short hairstyles at Hair Fair this year, so I chose a few of my favorites for you. Some are from new-to-me hair designers, and others are from old faves. But, all in all, I have to say that !OhMai definitely takes the cake this year, bringing my three favorite short hairstyles.
Hair Fair Faves: Updos
I’m slowly, but surely, working on my five total installments of Hair Fair Faves, and I’m here with my 2nd installment filled with my favorite updos. I hope you enjoy them!
Hair Fair Faves: Braids, Ponies & Piggies
There are tons of cute hairstyles at this year’s Hair Fair, so I thought I’d show you a few of favorites here. I did quite a bit of hair fair coverage last year, and I thought classifying my posts by hairstyle type (like I did last year) would work out well. So here are my favorite braids, ponies, and piggies from this year’s Hair Fair. Enjoy!
[SPRY] in SL H&G Hunt

The SL House & Garden Hunt starts today, and I am ecstatic that my tiny little shop is a part of such an awesome hunt!
For my hunt gift, I built this cute [SPRY] Garden Pavilion, which is available in two sizes (both 6×6 and 8×8 footprints) for FREE! The pavilion is only 42 prims (both versions), and I hope it will provide and cozy and relaxing outdoor living space for your garden. The hunt starts today and ends August 7th, and there are so many awesome vendors that you will not want to miss it! Get started here, and follow the SL House & Garden blog for item previews and hunt updates!
Community: Two Three Six Five
I thought I’d do something different from my ordinary fashion/home decor posts by highlighting an amazing community project that I think is pretty special. Hopefully you have already heard of the Two Three Six Five blog project run by Trace Osterham, but in case you haven’t, I thought I’d post a bit of information about it here in hopes that you might participate!
Two Three Six Five is a “glimpse into the lives of 365 different Second Life™ residents around the world throughout the course of a year, and a literary model of the way their virtual and physical selves interact.” The blog depends on one volunteer author per day who shares 365 words or less about any topic. Two Three Six Five was inspired by the RL project, the3six5, and the original blog even acknowledges the SL version here. How cool is that???
You don’t have to share anything especially private or special or spectacular, and you don’t have to be a SLebrity or receive any sort of special invitation to contribute. Read the guidelines, sign up, and write! It’s really that easy. I posted my entry back in April, and if I can do it, you certainly can.
Do yourself a favor and check out the blog. Even if you don’t contribute a post, link it to your blog, add it to your feed reader, keep up with the daily posts, and spread the word. Below are several entries that really spoke to me, but, truly, every post on Two Three Six Five is special. So, check it out!
