-abode- Sephia Lake House

Aya Liotta’s prefab store, -abode-, is finally open again, and I’m so happy to see her releasing brand new prefabs to fuel my home addiction.  I’ve been looking for a nicely textured, woodsy looking home for several weeks, and her newest home, the Sephia Lake House, is right up my alley.  It took me a while to furnish it to my liking, but I finally got it done, and I couldn’t wait to show you what the Sephia Lake House looks like as a HOME, not just a prefab.

As you can see, Aya uses a variety of textures in her builds, and I really love the contrasting, yet complementary curb appeal.  The Sephia Lake House is around 200 prims and fit quite nicely on my 3136 sq. meter parcel.  It has 2 bedrooms, a fireplace, and 2 decks, and it can be unlinked and modded, if you so choose.

For now, -abode- is strictly a prefab home store, but Aya hinted that it could expand to include commercial builds and even furniture.  I love the homes at -abode- because of their quality and affordability, which is rare for SL prefabs.  Also, Aya will be retiring homes regularly, so her existing prefabs will be collectibles of sorts.  And her new prefabs will be available at a discount for the first 48 hours of release, so there’s no excuse not to stock up on her adorable, high-quality homes.
