At Ease

It has been FAR too long since my last blogpost, and I thought it was about time I got off my lazy butt and got something done.  The holidays kept me much busier than I had expected, but they were great, and I got a much needed break from blogging (as well as a few other things).  I’ve made several New Year’s resolutions this year, and I fully intend to keep them for once.  A few of them will keep me otherwise occupied by some old hobbies I’ve abandoned and some new ones I want to try, so I won’t be blogging in excess for the next few months.  However, I will still be logging in, I will still be blogging on a regular basis, and I plan to maintain my presence in SL as much as possible, especially my friendships.  So there’s no need to fret; you aren’t rid of me yet.

I put together this casual, carefree look, and it really makes me feel comfortable and at ease.  I’ve been wearing this coat around the grid for 2 weeks solid (I know, I know… I’m not much of a fashionista), and I thought it was about time I actually blogged it.  This fantastic white down jacket is from AOHARU, and it is one of my favorite items this winter.  I paired it with this wonderful new black V-neck sweater from fri.day, which is very well textured and definitely a must-own item. Then I layered this amazing teal bottan shirt from BP* underneath, adding some depth and detail to the look.

I found these fantastic and aptly named Essential Jeans at Nyte’N'Day, and I’m so in love with them.  These are truly my favorite jeans right now, and I highly recommend the fat pack.  I also fell in love with these amazing black BeeBee boots from SLink, which are highly detailed and just plain fabulous.  For some added warmth, I chose these wonderful new nordic armwarmers from fri.day, which are so well done and echo the teal color in the blouse.  Last but not least, the skin is my favorite BARDOT-Vivienne from [KA] SKINS, and I really adore this new Amelia.2 hairstyle from fri.day, which absolutely completes the look.
