There’s no denying that I love cold weather in RL.  And honestly, cold weather looks in SL are probably my favorites because I love to layer.  Not only is it a great opportunity to showcase as many designers as possible when you’re layering, but cold weather looks are so damned cute and snuggly, too!  Who couldn’t love them?

This look started with this fantastic skirt from .:StoRin:., which is actually part of the Flowey outfit, but I’m sticking to cold weather looks right now, so I opted to wear the skirt on its own.  It’s a really amazing skirt, and I thought it would look really cute with this adorable wide waist belt from fri.day.  I layered in this gorgeous Spira sweater from [KA] Designs, wearing the Long Sleeve Layering Tee from fri.day underneath.  Then I added these awesome opaque black tights from Fleur, which is now 5th&Oxford, although I’m not sure that any tights are available now.  Either way, 5th& Oxford is definitely worth a look.

For boots, I added these amazing black patent SoHo boots from Maitreya, which were an extremely generous group gift.  Then I accessorized with these fantastic mittens from Reek, which I really really really really love.  The hair is the new INTENSE B hairstyle from ::69::, and it includes these spectacular color-change ear muffs.  I think the ::69:: store is still set to group access only, so you have to join the group to see or buy the new hair (the group name is “Sixty Nine”).  And, of course, the skin is my beloved BARDOT-SALLY from [KA] SKINS, and I simply love it.
