Review: L.Fauna Lapine

I’ve been waiting and waiting to blog this gorgeous new Lapine skin from L.Fauna because I didn’t want to taunt you TOO much knowing these weren’t actually available yet.  But, it is my understanding that the great big wait finally ends today.  So as soon as you read this blog post, you should be able to run straight over to L.Fauna and grab up your new skins!

I’m honestly in awe of this beautiful new Lapine skin from L.Fauna.  I had always admired Launa’s CHAI skins, but unfortunately they never really worked well on my shape.  However, L.Fauna is a new brand with completely new skins.  And this new skin lays on the avatar face in a completely different way, so if CHAI skins never really worked well for you, L.Fauna could be a big hit!

As you can see here, the body is absolutely stunning, with superb highlighting and shading and a gorgeous sheen.  And the face is amazingly beautiful, exuding a sweet, youthful look.  I was blessed with these preview skins because SarahTheRed Aurbierre was generous enough to share a friend pack with me, so I chose this lovely freckled skin in her honor, which definitely makes my avatar look very young and cute.  Look Sarah!  FRECKLES!

As a huge plus, the Lapine skins have tintable lips (use the makeup slider in appearance mode) and tintable brows (use the hair color sliders in appearance mode), adding a nice customizable option.  I’m just really enthralled by the gorgeous body on this skin.  These photos have not been doctored at all; this is really how beautiful Lapine is.  So be sure to check out the new L.Fauna shop, try on the demos, join the subscriber kiosk for updates on future releases, and add your photos to the L.Fauna Skin Adoration Society Flickr group!
