I have had this outfit ready since Saturday, and I have been too busy to blog it until now. I keep seeing this great cropped jacket all over the feeds, so I apologize for adding to the over saturation. But this outfit is just way too cute to ignore, so maybe you can appreciate all of the other great items used for this look and just admit that this jacket is so great that it truly deserves the press it’s getting!
Of course, this outfit started with the kickass Noomi jacket from MichaMi. I bought it in this adorable mint color because I absolutely loved the beautiful hue and thought it would make for a nice spring ensemble. The jacket is available in several awesome color options and each one comes with multiple sizes of the jacket body and prim cuffs, including a resizeable version. The resizer script makes it really easy to fit the jacket perfectly, which is a huge plus. I really love the jacket’s detailed collar, cuffs, and pockets, which truly make this jacket the total package.
To add a bit of depth, I added this really fun cupcake tanktop from (Elate!) to the look, which really gives it a color kick and complements the mint jacket very well. The tanktop is a great piece, with lovely ribbing, shading, and wrinkling details. And the little cupcakes are just plain adorable. For a little more depth, I also added a bit of lace peeking out from under the tanktop with this white corset chemise from PixelDolls. Instead of pairing the jacket and tank with jeans or pants, I decided to kick it up a notch with this gorgeous skirt from ! Ce Cubic Effect. I absolutely adore this skirt, with its beautiful pink tiers of fabric, which provide great shape and character to the bottom half. And the lovely babypink color really adds a great deal of femininity to the look and makes me feel like a yummy cupcake!
For shoes, I upped the feminine anty with these gorgeous booties from -*Courtisane*-. They are so detailed and sexy, I really believe that they make the outfit! I also added this adorable pink pearl clutch from {Cherry} for an additional splash of pink to the mix. I love this clutch, and it really enhances the sophistication of the heels.
I found this FANTASTIC volume necklace at Atelier AM (-+*AA*+-), and I thought it would be the perfect finishing touch to the look! It fills the empty neck beautifully, and really adds something special to the look. I capped off the look with this gorgeous, edgy Tori hairstyle from Aden, and I think it’s the perfect hairstyle for this look.
