So, last Saturday we had two tornados around my house.  Then, on Sunday, it SNOWED!  Now, a week later, the weather man is telling me to expect temperatures in the 80s.  WTF?!?!?!  I’m confused.  But, if nice weather is on the horizon, I’LL TAKE IT!  And, if spring has finally sprung, I think I need some COLOR up in here!

This outfit started with the lovely new exotic floral skirt from *CUPCAKES.  The skirt comes in a few different color varieties, but I chose this one in blue and pink because it was just the color splash I needed.  I absolutely love the gorgeous floral/paisley pattern of the skirt, which gives the skirt alot of depth and added femininity.  I decided to add a jacket that would highlight the less noticeable neutral tones of the skirt, so I chose this awesome khaki blazer from [PINK OUTFITTERS].  This is a wonderfully well-made blazer with gorgeous handdrawn details and a lovely shorter cut to it.  The beautiful belted waistline and bow accent along with adorable button details and prim cuffs make it a big winner!

To mix it up a little bit, instead of going with a pink undershirt, I chose this stunning orange sheer tank from Armidi.  The addition of the orange really added an extra splash that I did not expect, so I ran with it and added these great copper Belle pumps from (Shiny Things).  Oh how I love my shoes from (Shiny Things), especially these uber-shiny, glamtastic chunky heels.  I think they really work well for this look!

For accessories, I added a few cute items I found lurking in my inventory.  This beautiful gold Humble Blossom necklace from (luc) is a truly lovely and understated necklace which adds a bit of soft character.  For an extra color splash, I pulled the orange from the tank and heels to my earlobes, adding these gorgeous baltic amber beaded dangle earrings from EarthStones.  I absolutely LOVE these earrings and wear them any chance I get!  Finally, this new Amber hairstyle from >TRUTH< is AMAZING!  I am really digging Truth’s new hairstyles, especially this one!  If you haven’t been over there to try out the demos, you really need to do it NOW!
