Forget the clothing, forget the beautiful backdrops … without poses our photos lack true character.  I am a big fan of several pose shops on the grid, but I have been introduced to a truly unique one, and I wanted to share the love with you, too.

When planning this post, I decided to make it more challenging than it had to be.  To REALLY test the versatility of the {flowey} poses, I thought it should be a bit difficult.  So, I chose a dress with a bulky and awkward skirt, a coat with a troublesome collar, sleeves, and vest, and topped it off with a handbag.  The combo of these three “pose hurdles” should make it really difficult to find accommodating poses, right?

WRONG!  The {flowey} poses withstood the test, providing me with not only beautiful poses, but particularly unique poses which possess true character.  When scrolling through the poses, I was actually in awe of the breathtakingly beautiful poses which filled my screen.  Truly, Flutter Memel has a knack for pose-making.  With some of the most unique poses on the grid, {flowey} is a really special store with an amazingly humble owner, and I can’t believe I hadn’t started using these poses sooner!  Visit her store HERE!

Now, on to today’s outfit.  I have been wanting to show off this amazing dress from KA Designs (Kira Ahn) for quite a while.  It is so unusual and sexy, with an awesome sculpty fringed skirt and gorgeous rich, black texture.  I paired it with this awesome red leather bolero from Ce Cubic Effect, which really pops against the black dress.  The bolero sports a gorgeous leather texture, with awesome prim collar, vest, and sleeves.  It took a little bit of adjusting to get it to fit properly, but no more trouble than most other prim attachments.

I paired it with these great zebra tights from *Sheer* and my always faithful Maitreya Billow Boots in Cherry.  The lovely zebra tights add a bit of character and depth to the look with their unique design, and the cherry boots really enhance the red bolero.  Also from Maitreya, the Piper II hairstyle added a bit of chic appeal to the look.  I am seriously loving the new hairstyles from Maitreya, so much that I bought all four of them!  LOL!

For accessories, I kept it simple but effective.  I added the awesome Love Labours Lost set from Dark Mouse, which adds some easy charm.  And I capped off the look with this awesome yellow clutch from +plus, which adds a nice color punch to the look.  +plus has some great clutches and handbags as well as really nice jewelry and belts, etc., so be sure to check it out!

See you tomorrow!
