Close your eyes and make a wish! Now … what was your wish? I doubt you will tell me, especially if believe that your wish won’t come true once you spill its secret. Well, I’ll give you a break and tell you mine. When it comes to the grid, I wish for only a few things … mainly beautiful clothes and lovely locations. Because, honestly, what’s the point in having such beautiful clothes to wear if there aren’t equally beautiful places to visit in SL?
I’m trying not to be lazy and overuse my photostudio. Besides, I completely admire anyone in SL capable of building a beautiful sim, so I’m constantly on the lookout for more. And the moment I finished this outfit, the colors evoked certain memories of my favorite sim for photography, Emvee Cuba. Truly, this outfit is more evocative of Emvee Cuba than any other outfit I have ever assembled. So, I couldn’t deny myself another visit. It is truly a stunning sim, one of my favorites by far. And every time I visit, it helps me reflect on my SL. But, don’t worry … I won’t bore you with that …

ANYWAY … I found this lovely pinstripe blazer at Armidi, through the horribly addictive ShopArmidi website. I chose this gorgeous burgundy color because I thought it would go nicely with my hair. But, then I discovered that it was a perfect fit for this skirt, so here we go. I just love happy accidents! It comes with two sleeves options, but I chose the rolled-up sleeves for a more casual look. The texture is exquisite, with wonderful shading and wrinkles. And the prim attachments are really easy to fit and resize.

I paired the blazer with this skirt, which I picked up at **en Svale**. Simply put, I’m in love! I absolutely adore this skirt, from the gorgeous rich texture to the cute ribbon detail and the lovely waistband. The beautiful pattern is amazing, and the striking band at the bottom of the skirt really pulls it all together. Gorgeous!

I couldn’t think of a better way to pull the blazer and the skirt together than to sport this GORGEOUS jewelled tanktop from CUPCAKES. The warm gold texture is a really nice match to the waistband on the skirt, and really kicks the color quotient up a notch. I love the bejewelled neckline and the beautiful shading and wrinkles. I have been a fan of this tanktop for some time, and I’m so happy I was able to fit it into this look.

For shoes, I reverted to an old faithful, my champagne Dune boots from Maitreya. The boots speak for themselves and really add a simplistic kick to the look. Sometimes a subtle touch can make all the difference.

I found the perfect jewelry at (luc) with the Han Hana Necklace & Earrings and Bangles & Rings sets in Orange/Yellow Silver. The necklace added some more color punch with the beautiful orange and yellow beads. I also wore the gorgeous bangle, ring, and earrings (which are difficult to see in these pics). These are two really great jewelry sets, and I’m so glad I found them. To add some femininity to the look, I decided to carry this adorable yellow clutch from a BareRose lucky chair. I stalked a few lucky chairs a few weeks ago while I was purging my inventory, and the BareRose clutch lucky chair was one of them. Definitely paid off!

Last, but not least, I’m sporting gorgeous hair from Mirai Style, and my new favorite skin from - BEBAE -. And the poses used in this post are all from the new Beauty set available at Sugar Mill. Truly adorable poses, and quite the icing on the cake!
I’m out of town for a few days, but I’ll be back on Monday! See you then!
