Okay okay … so I must admit that I am getting REALLY excited about my first Halloween in SL. Seriously, I have about a million costumes from which to choose my official costume. And, since I can only wear ONE costume on Halloween Day, I figured there is no sense in all of the others going to waste. So, taking a page from Cerrie’s book, here is one of my favorite Halloween looks that I have come across this year. I hope you enjoy!
This little gem of a costume is from Digital Knickers, which released a number of awesome Halloween costumes this year. Obviously, it was difficult to choose just one from the mix, but this one stood out to me. This is the Christy Creme costume, which is a sweet and sexy rendition of a doughnut shopgirl’s uniform. Makes me want a hot doughnut REAL BAD.
This costume just oozes sweetness and sex appeal all wrapped up in one adorable package. I absolutely love the poofy multi-layered skirt with gorgeous eyelet detailing, the beautiful bodice and prim sleeve attachments, and the adorable doughnut choker, which really adds that extra punch. I paired the costume with the Shiny Things Belles in Pink, though not an exact match for the pink in the costume. But they will do. Although, I did retexture the headband to match the pink in the costume, which really makes the hair pop. And, of course, I absolutely LOVE the doughnut box that came with the set, which really pulls the whole ensemble together. Add to that the adorable “Christy Creme” nametag, and we have ourselves a WINNER!
YAY FOR HALLOWEEN!!!! I FEEL 5 YEARS OLD AGAIN!
