Aoharu Ruffle Shirt Dress in Pink
Yesterday I ran across this adorable pink Ruffle Shirt Dress by Aoharu. Even though redheads are told to avoid pink, I love the color, especially this pink, which is the exact color of the carnation pink Crayola® crayon (weird how I know this…yes, adults can color, too!), and I can’t resist wearing pink any chance I get. : )
I LOVE the puffy sleeves and detailed bodice, and the black ribbon belt adds the perfect finishing touch. However, the dress comes with an awkward “jacket” that gives your arms a weird zebra stripe that makes you look like you got a cheap spray-tan behind the 7-Eleven. So, opting not to sport the streaky spray-tan look, I chose to wear the dress sans the jacket.
I have paired this dress with the Salt Water Taffy Signature Bangle Set by Fresh Baked Goods (which is a freebie) and, of course, the Maitreya Virtue shoes in Patent Black.
